I've tried putting 10mm in as well. But stay with 8mm. It's a good compromise between size and looks.
Mine is 8mm tried bigger but to painful. So staying 8mm now. !2mm ring in my balls
The ring is 8mm thick and the ball is 10mm. I have always rotated this so that it is in the urethra
